This journal pertains to Achates Phoenixdown, an original character in the World of Warcraft world. It serves two purposes - to archive a multi-part story about in-game roleplaying tentatively titled "Business", and to bounce around multiverse communities for the occasional bit of silliness.
Achates is a blood elf warlock who is more than a little bit of a coward, and desperately tries to hang on to whatever innocence he has; his tastes are somewhat childish. He would much rather be practicing his sewing or cooking than killing things but he usually ends up killing things anyway. He can usually be seen in the company of one of his demons - Gakyal the wily imp, Tangmoth the voidwalker, Viv the succubus, or Phuugrom the very drooly felhunter. (At the very least, if one of them aren't accompanying him, he is usually riding his felsteed Cupcake.)
